Keto Italian Skillet Bake

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 Lb Ground Beef 80/20
  • 1 Lb Ground Italian Sausage
  • 1/2 Cup Minced Onion
  • 1 Tbs Minced Garlic
  • 1/2 Cup Minced Bell Peppers
  • 1 Tbsp Olive oil Extra Virgin
  • 3 Ounces Marscapone Cheese
  • 3 Ounces Fresh Marinated Mozzarella Cheese
  • 2 Cups Shredded Mozzarella (Use 1/2 cup to stir into the meat mixture, the remaining 1 1/2 cups to cover the meat mixture)
  • 1/2 Cup Shredded or Grated Parmesan Cheese (Use 1/4 cup to stir into the meat mixture the remaining 1/4 cup to sprinkle on top of meat mixture)
  • 1 Tsp Dried Oregano Or 1 Tbsp. fresh chopped
  • 1 Tsp Dried Basil Or 1 Tbsp. Fresh chopped
  • 1 Tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 Tsp Dried Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 Tsp Dried Parsley Flakes Or Fresh
  • 10 Ounces Diced Tomatoes
  • 8 Ounces Marinara

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Coat your cast iron skillet with Olive oil. Over medium low heat  sauté the minced onion and peppers until al dente. 
  3. Next add ground meats and brown. Then Incorporate the diced tomatoes and marinara.
