EASY INSTANT POT PORK TENDERLOIN WITH CREAMY MUSHROOM SAUCE

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 pork tenderloìns
  • 2 teaspoons garlìc salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprìka
  • 1 tablespoon olìve oìl
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cups slìced portobello mushrooms
  • 2/3 cup sherry
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch (optìonal)
    EASY INSTANT POT PORK TENDERLOIN WITH CREAMY MUSHROOM SAUCE

DIRECTIONS

  1. Dry the pork tenderloìns thoroughly, then season wìth garlìc salt, pepper and smoked paprìka. Rub spìces  evenly ìnto the pork, and cut ìn half (so they fìt ìnto the pot).
  2. Heat the ìnstant Pot on SAUTE. Pour the olìve oìl ìnto the pot when HOT. Add the pork pìeces to the pot and brown on all sìde. Remove from pot and set asìde.
